City Life vs. Mountain Life; An Illustration

The final weeks of December is my favourite time of the year. Aside from the obvious (Christmas; my birthday; leftover yule log cake for breakfast), I enjoy reminiscing on the year past and all those rubbish "top moments of the past year" lists.

2012 was a life-altering year for me, namely because I quit my job and became a shred bum. It is hard to believe that some of my dearest friends were total strangers only one year ago, or that I once thought that 27 days on my ski pass was impressive (as if). I can say with full confidence that my new life trumps my old life in every way imaginable.

Here, I have chosen to express myself the best way I know how: colouring.
