Jenya Bolotov : the guy who turned himself into the human platypus.

We all have different hopes and dreams, that’s one of the things that makes people interesting. However, some people's dream are way, way, outside the box. These aren’t average people, oh no.

Introducing Jenya Bolotov, a 26 year-old designer from Russia who aspires to physically look like a platypus. Actually, he has been working towards that goal for the past seven years.

Quick reminder of what a platypus looks like

At the time being, he feels like he achieved his goal, but we have a feeling that at some point or another he's gonna feel the need to do more mods.

So far he has gone through the following:

• Bottom lip piercing tretch (5.8cm)
• Top lip piercing stretch (3.3cm)
• Both ear lobe piercings stretch (4.3cm)
• Both nostril piercings stretch (1.2 cm)
• Septum piercing stretch (3.4cm)
• Surna piercing stretch (top of the nose) (3mm)

Bolotov says: “"Externally, I am now a platypus. My resemblance is the way I want it to be. Inside though, I am more like a bird. They're my spirit animal and they come to me in my dreams.”

We are not sure how to feel about all of this, but, heck, if it makes him happy, who are we to judge?
