Hurt Feelings Report: That’s one way to handle HR issues!

So, Reddit user Viidbusir complained to his boss and the answer he got is pretty damn hilarious.

"Whiner's name"
"Which ear were the words of hurtfulness spoken into?"
"I am a wimp"

However, if the source of complaint was something serious, that is a crappy/ borderline abusive way to treat your employee (recruits?). We do feel that it wasn't the case in this situation since the dude posted the form on reddit, and seemed to think it was funny.
