A Silver Medal and a Broken Ankle for Josh Bryceland at the UCI WCHs MTB&Trials

Manchester born mountain biker Josh Bryceland performed an incredible run last weekend at the UCI World Championships in Hafjell, Norway.

We've already shared a few videos of the WCHs, but this one might be the best one so far. 

Great skills and good control are shown by Bryceland, even if the terrain is not easy. Even more control is shown after he breaks his left ankle and still manages to finish his run.

The incident happened on the last big jump. Fortunately Bryceland was able to coast until the finish line, left foot off the pedal. 

As soon as he mentions he thinks his ankle is broken, he's surrounded by fellow riders and security staff. Talk about good sportsmanship!
