For the surfer who is in the water everyday wider format boards can be limiting and feel bulky and slow. The Project steps in-between the wide and the narrow offering up a platform that is full but not bulky. Rocker follows traditional short-board lines from the nose to the back third of the board where it “kicks” through the last 16 inches. This tail kick, combo-ed with a slight hip in the outline, allows for serious “in the pocket” surfing and extremely vertical turns. Heavy concaves maintain down the line speed and on rail turns.
