Britannia Beach, just south of Squamish BC and about 30 minutes North of Vancouver is a reclaimed picturesque mining town set on a steep hill just begging to be bombed down on a skateboard. Luckily for longboard enthusiasts, for the past 7 years there has been an amazing downhill event – The Britannia Classic – organized by the same people who do the amazing Whistler Longboard Festival later in the summer.
This year's event is on May 25th and we're proud to announce that 33MAG is an official partner of the festival and will be bringing you all sorts of news and exclusive content from the event.

With a steep, windy road to negotiate, the racers have a real doozey of a course to negotiate, full of lots of action and of course, spills and thrills.
Check out this wicked recap video from last year's event and make sure to check out all the details on the web HERE and follow the event on FACEBOOK. There's still space for racers and this makes for an amazing spectators event!
