Top Three Spots For A Quickie On The Slopes

Whether with a longtime partner or that cutie you met at the bar last night, a quickie on the hill is one for the bucket list for many of us. Here's three quick suggestions on spots to best get the ball rolling.

The Gondola – A classic

This one is as old as, well, the first gondola. A ten-minute or so ride is just the right amount of time to sneak a quicky in.

– Unless you're a real exhibitionist you're gonna need your own cabin. A quick "can we have our own" and wink to the liftie is usually enough to secure this, although you may want to avoid peak hours

– Time is short so you're gonna need to get to the main show pretty quick. There's not a lot of time for smooching and foreplay before you get to the top of the lift so as much planning in advance you can pull off is gonna help!

– Make sure you keep an eye on where you are. You don't want those doors popping open at the top while you're getting busy!

– If you live or ride in Whistler you get bonus points for boning in all four gondolas. Double points if it's all in one day

I'm not sure if this sauna-gondola is real but if it is …. game on!

A secluded cabin in the woods – For the romance

There are tons and tons of cabins out in the woods around ski resorts and mountain towns. On the hill smoke shacks, out of bounds warming huts, touring and sled-accessed cabins … it's all good.

– Scope it out in advance. Is it busy? Is there a wood-stove you need to bring an axe for?

– Comfort is key. Depending on the setup you might really be able to get comfortable. A clean blanket can go a long way to transform an otherwise pretty dirty location.

– Candles and wine. 'Nuff said

In the woods – Getting risky

This is the most risky but possibly the most rewarding of the bunch. If you and your partner are up for it there's not a lot of more exciting situations for a little lovin' then in the trees off to the side of a run where you never know who might ski by.

– Not too close to the runs!

– Strategic layering and delayering. With no shelter from the wind and elements you're not going to want to be stripping down here. Only uncover the necessary body parts!

– Think like a tree. In the situation where someone does come skiing by a bit too close for comfort, make like a statue and it's pretty likely they won't even notice you.

Like this, just with way more snow and way more goosebumps!
