MIND SURF: Ring Mountain and Beyond

Welcome to the Whistler Backcountry, the name given to all the mountains surrounding the town of Whistler, BC. These mountains are used by skiers, snowboarders, snowmobilers and more, all in the name of getting out into nature and enjoying the beauty Mother Earth has provided for us. 

Not only fun to look at, the Whistler Backcountry is where most professional snowboarding takes place and this winter, I will be bringing you, our dear readers, right into the thick of it, with daily reports, fresh photos and videos and all the behind-the-scenes action you can handle. You see, I'm not just the Editor of this awesome website, I'm also a professional photographer and cinematographer who spends his winter deep in the backcountry with the top crews and riders in the game.
